Snedeker pips Stanley in playoff at Torrey Pines - chicagotribune.com

SAN DIEGO (Reuters) - Brandt Snedeker clinched his 3rd PGA Tour title in beautiful style by beating fellow American Kyle Stanley in a nerve-jangling playoff for the Farmers Insurance Open up on Sunday.

The 31-year-outdated sealed triumph at Torrey Pines by knocking in a five-foot par putt at the 2nd extra hole, the par-a few 16th, wherever Stanley missed from comparable array.
